The Intake Anal Suction Device is not for the faint of heart. Once applied, Intake creates an air-tight pressure seal. Turning the knob to the right pulls the skin up, creating a sensory pressure like no other. Turning the knob left releases the pressure. With its clear window cup, you get to watch the action as it happens. Take them to the edge with this extreme extrusion device.

Chloe ★★★★★

The suction from turning that knob is intense and creates a really unique pressure sensation. The seal holds perfectly, which makes the whole experience feel controlled and deliberate.

Ella ★★★★☆

The air-tight seal really surprised me, it holds way better than I figured. Only gripe is the knob takes some effort to turn once you're deep into it.
